ANNOUNCEMENTS: 5/5/19

Ward Choir: Choir practice at 3:30 on Sunday, May 5th, in the
chapel.

May 5 YSA World Wide Devotional All YSAs and graduating seniors
are invited to join the Young Single Adults of our region as we listen to Elder
Carl B Cook and his wife in a broadcast at the Trilby building (across the
street from the temple) at 6:00 p.m. Sunday night. Refreshments and socializing
afterward.

May 8 Graduating Seniors Institute Night Please come to an
institute class 7:00-8:40pm at the institute building. Come early at 6:30pm to
have pizza. Stay after for refreshments. Questions contact Rachel Holland
(970-492-5526).

May 9 Stake Temple Day Please join with other stake members in
the Fort Collins temple on Thursday.

May 19 English Connect Kick-off Meeting 6pm at the Lynnwood
Building. Two different English language classes will begin , open to any
Spanish speaker age 12 and up to learn or improve English speaking skills. One
class is for beginners and one for advanced English speakers, running 24 weeks
each. Please invite any friends that would be interested. Contact Steve Macbeth

May 24 Friday Night Dance Classes with Alta Vista branch The
Alta Vista branch invites families to join us for Friday Night Dance Classes at
the Lynnwood building (1400 Lynnwood) each 4th Friday of the month between 7pm
and 9pm (5/24, 6/28, 7/26). We'll have instruction the first hour and open
dance the second. Our instructors are members of the Alta Vista branch. Hope to

Summer Organ Workshop for youth ages 12-18. Begins June 3rd.
Will be held weekly on Mondays 11am-noon in the Lynnwood Chapel. Interested
youth should be able to play hymns on the piano. Questions, contact Gay Slade

July 20 Fort Collins Stake Summer Extravaganza 4-7pm at the
Lynnwood building. Food, Fun, and Fantastic games for the whole family (and
friends too)! You won’t want to miss this!

Family History Center Hours: Tues & Wed: 10am-4pm; Tues
Evening: 6:30-9:30; Thurs: 10am-1pm, Sat: 9am-Noon.

Temple Schedule Adjustments: The following 3 schedule changes
are now in effect at the Fort Collins temple:
1. Baptistry opens at 6am each Saturday
2. Endowment : A 4pm session is added on Fridays only
3. Saturday morning Endowment sessions: Held 7:00, 8:30, 10:00, 11:30.
Saturday afternoon sessions will remain at 1pm and 3pm.

SERVICE www.justserve.org: Please check out the

Pornography Use and Substance Abuse Recovery Program Both
programs are held every Thursday at 7 pm. These programs provide a
Gospel-centered 12 step plan for those who want to recover from addictions.
Enter through East door. Pornography use group meets in High Council room.
Substance recovery group meets across from HC room 118. Contact Elder and
Sister Holbrooks 402-4374.

Women’s Support Group Gospel-centered, for women & family
members coping with addictions of others. Every Thurs: 6:30 pm @ Stake Center,
West side, Library Door. Babysitting provided. Info: Michelle Parry at
