Please note – This week, Sept 8, is Stake Conference.  10 at the Fort Collins stake center (Swallow and Stover).  It will also be be broadcast to the Lynnwood building.

Sister Benefield and Sister Heinrich continue to serve as Missionaries in our ward.  Please pray for missionary experiences both us as ward members as well as our sisters.

ANNOUNCEMENTS - 9-8-19
·          Women at the Well Rehearsals: Sunday’s, August 25th-October 6th, 2:30pm in the chapel. Come and sing with your Mountain View & Mid-Single sisters! Performances, October 12th-13th. This INCLUDES rehearsal today - Sept 8.
·         RS Activity: Love Languages & Summer Salads. Thursday, September 19th, 6:30pm at Jenny Parks’ home. Come learn about your Love Language and bring a salad to share!
·         Volunteers needed for Temple Grounds Cleaning assignment, Monday Sept 16th 8 to noon. Contact Will Taylor 672-8883 or 218-7773
·         Sept 7-8 Fort Collins Stake Conference
·         Sunday 10AM General Session at the Stake center (Swallow and Sover) All members of the stake and your guests are invited. This General Session will be broadcast to the Lynnwood Building. Spanish translation will be available at the Swallow building.
·         October 5 General Women’s Session of General Conference 6:00 PM, Stake Center. “In Love & Unity -- with Willing Hearts and Hands”. Let’s create a tradition of gathering together for this great event – there is strength and unity that comes from hearing the word of God together. All sisters ages 8 and older are invited. As part of this event, we encourage you to bring new or gently used winter coats, gloves, hats and scarves to bless those in need in our community. Light refreshments will follow the meeting. We look forward to this special time together!
·         Addiction Recovery Program- Individuals overcome addiction through Jesus Christ and His  Atonement. Please join us for meetings every Thursday at 7:00 pm for General Addiction (High Council room) and Men’s Pornography (across the hall). Come in the Stake Center East Doors. ·         Women’s Support Group - We provide a Gospel-centered support group for women and family members coping with the addictions of others. We meet every Thursday at 6:30 pm; babysitting is provided. Contact Michelle Parry at 970-301-5345 for more information.
·         Sep 27 Friday Night Dance Classes with Alta Vista branch The Alta Vista branch invites families to join us for Friday Night Dance Classes at the Lynnwood building (1400 Lynnwood) each 4th Friday of the month between 7pm and 9pm. We'll have instruction the first hour and open dance the second. Our instructors will be members of the Alta Vista branch. Hope to see you there! (Next class Oct 25)
·         Sep 29 Stake Temple Recommend Interviews 7pm at the stake offices. No appointment needed.

Choir :  There will be no ward choir practice today. Please consider joining the stake choir that is rehearsing today at 5:30 at the stake center , in preparation for stake conference on Feb. 10th. January 31 st   Thursday, Relief Society Activity : Please join us at 7pm in the Relief Society room to kick off the New Year ! Fun trivia & helpful information followed by mingling & refreshments.
