ANNOUNCEMENTS - 9-1-19

Youth Temple Trip – The youth temple trip is
this Thursday (September 5) at 6pm. Meet
at the Temple by 5:45 and remember to bring your recommends.

Women at the Well Rehearsals: Sunday’s,
August 25th-October 6th, 2:30pm in the chapel. Come and sing with your Mountain
View & Mid-Single sisters! Performances, October 12th-13th.

RS Activity: Love Languages & Summer
Salads. Thursday, September 19th, 6:30pm at Jenny Parks’ home. Come learn about
your Love Language and bring a salad to share!

Volunteers needed
for Stake Conference setup. Saturday Sept
7th. 1:00 PM, Stake Center. Signup sheets in RS, EQ, Primary, YM today.

Sept 7-8 Fort Collins Stake Conference
·
Saturday 3:30 - 5:30PM Ward and Stake Council
Leadership Meeting- Extended Ward and Stake
Councils are invited to this meeting. This includes counselors, secretaries,
clerks, and Ward Mission Leaders.

Saturday 7 - 9PM Evening Adult Session- All adults ages 18 and older, including friends and
investigators, are invited to this adult session.
·
Sunday 10AM General Session- All members of the stake and your guests are invited.
This General Session will be broadcast to the Lynnwood Building. Spanish
translation will be available at the Swallow building.

Sep 4 Nauvoo Youth Conference Reunion 7:00 PM, Stake Center. All Teacher, MiaMaid, Priest and Laurel-aged
youth and their leaders are invited as well as all adult leaders who attended
the Nauvoo youth conference.

Sept 5 Stake Temple Day
Please join with other stake members in the Fort Collins temple on Thursday.

October 5 General Women’s Session of General
Conference 6:00 PM, Stake Center. “In Love &
Unity -- with Willing Hearts and Hands”. Let’s create a tradition of gathering
together for this great event – there is strength and unity that comes from
hearing the word of God together. All sisters ages 8 and older are invited. As
part of this event, we encourage you to bring new or gently used winter coats,
gloves, hats and scarves to bless those in need in our community. Light
refreshments will follow the meeting. We look forward to this special time
together!

Addiction Recovery Program- Individuals overcome addiction through Jesus Christ and
His Atonement. Please join us for
meetings every Thursday at 7:00 pm for General Addiction (High Council room)
and Men’s Pornography (across the hall). Come in the Stake Center East Doors.

Women’s Support Group
- We provide a Gospel-centered support group for women and family members
coping with the addictions of others. We meet every Thursday at 6:30 pm;
babysitting is provided. Contact Michelle Parry at 970-301-5345 for more
information.

Sep 27 Friday Night Dance Classes with Alta
Vista branch The Alta Vista branch invites families
to join us for Friday Night Dance Classes at the Lynnwood building (1400
Lynnwood) each 4th Friday of the month between 7pm and 9pm. We'll have
instruction the first hour and open dance the second. Our instructors will be
members of the Alta Vista branch. Hope to see you there! (Next class Oct 25)
